Mini Slimline Nested Glimmer Dots from Spellbinders: July Clubs Blog Hop

Nested Glimmer Dots- 2 Cards

I created two cards to share with you this week.  Both cards feature paper from the Life is a Party Card Kit of the Month from June 2020.  The first card is an A2 sized card that opens from the bottom.  It layers the Mini Slimline Nested Glimmer Dots in a similar manner to the Happy Birthday Card I shared last week. 

This card layers three coordinating patterned papers from the Life is a Party kit.  I trimmed a little off each layer of the Glimmer Dots frames at the top, so that they fit the A2 card size.  I also created a sentiment using the smallest Glimmer Dot frame and the YOU’RE IN MY THOUGHTS sentiment from the More Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil Plates. 

The second card features the watermelon paper and die-cuts from the Life is a Party Card Kit.  This one is a vertical 3×6 card.  I used the largest Glimmer Dot frame and the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Essential Glimmer Sentiments.  It is a simile card, but it screams summer.  I just love the colors and how the Rose Gold foil compliments the pinks in the paper.
