Hi there, it’s Michelle, aka the Bookish Designer, and I am super excited to be Blog Hopping with the ladies from Lori Whitlock’s Creative Team. This is the last stop on the blog hop today, so be sure to check out all the team projects if you haven’t already. If you think you may have missed one, you can head back to the beginning at Lori’s blog.
I really like to use the SVG files from Lori’s shop to make projects. Sometimes I use the file exactly as is, and other times, I use the structure of the file and create something a little bit different. For this month’s blog hop, I made the 5×7 Iris Shutter Mason Jar Card. Although, Lori provided everything I needed to make and decorate the card, I decided to use some leftover stickers to decorate the front instead of the die-cut flowers. It saved me a little time since I didn’t have to switch out Cricut mats.
The iris cards are really cool and interactive. Lori has a great tutorial that will walk you through the process of making one of these interactive cards. There are a ton of different designs, so use the coupon code and pick up one or more of these files today.
Blog Hop Order
Until next time,
Michelle
