Hi there, it’s Michelle, aka the Bookish Designer. I am super excited to be Blog Hopping with the ladies from Lori Whitlock’s Creative Team. Only one more stop on the blog hop today, so be sure to check out all the team projects if you haven’t already. If you think you may have missed one, you can head back to the beginning at Lori’s blog.
As always, Lori has a FREEBIE available today. This adorable tag is perfect for Father’s Day and easily holds a gift card or sentiment for your favorite dad.
Last week, I shared one of the projects I made using the Awesome Gift Box Bundle 2. There are so many options available in this bundle, so today, I am sharing another one. This time, I made the Fold Up Tote Carrier Gift Box (SVG, Silhouette) along with a thank you card. The card was made using the Thank You Card Kit (SVG, Silhouette). Both projects feature pattern papers from A Slice of Summer collection by Echo Park Paper Co.
The Fold Up Tote Carrier Gift Box (SVG, Silhouette) is really unique and can be used for a variety of occassions. Lori has a tutorial available if you need help assembling the tote. When opened, the tote has two sections that fold up, so that you can store the box inside the decorative wrap when giving it as a gift.
The Thank You Card Kit (SVG, Silhouette) can be used for different occasions by just changing out the sentiment. Simple cut out pieces from the file using your favorite cardstocks and pattern papers, add a strip of ribbon, and assemble. The layered flower has pre-cut holes, so all you have to do is insert a brad.
The gift boxes from the Awesome Gift Box Bundle 2 are so cute. Lori provides all the peieces needed projects, but tupi can always dress them up using enamel dots, ribbon, stickers, etc. from your favorite collections to give a little extra dimension to the project.
Don’t forget Lori has a sale going on today. That makes this the perfect time to stock up on project files, like Box Card Envelope cards. Plus, you can grab the freebie while you are there!
