Lori Whitlock February Blog Hop

by Michelle Starcher

Hi there, it’s Michelle, aka the Bookish Designer. I am super excited to be Blog Hopping with the ladies from Lori Whitlock’s Creative Team.  This is the last stop on the blog hop today, so be sure to check out all the team projects if you haven’t already.  If you think you may have missed one, you can head back to the beginning at Lori’s blog.

For this month’s blog hop, I made a couple of Valentine treat boxes, one big and one small. I made the Valentine Treat Box 2 (SVGSilhouette). The smaller one is the original file size and holds Ghirardelli chocolates. This little box is so cute, but I wanted something a little big larger. I enlarged the design so that the main piece was 9.5 x 16.2 inches. Now it is the perfect size for Hershey’s Kisses, M&Ms, or other tasty treats.

Don’t forget Lori has a sale going on today. That makes this the perfect time to stock up on Valentine’s Day project files, like the ones above. Plus, you can grab the freebie while you are there!

great idea … I love the flexibility of the files, can make things any size you want …. and if your are going to fill it with candy … the bigger the better!
